Turn Around Time

Ready to ship items ship in 1-2 business days, not including holidays.

Made to Order items have a 10-15 business day turn around time. Often times it will not take that long, but we do ask for it just incase we need to order supplies to complete your order.

Pre-orders (ETA's will be listed individually) will ship 2-5 business days (not including holidays) after the items arrive on site. If you combine ready to ship and pre-orders, they will be held and shipped out together. In order to ensure that your RTS items ship out on time, we advise that you place two separate orders.

Shipping Information

We ship daily from West Virginia through USPS and UPS.

If you have any problems with shipments after they have left our care, you will need to contact the USPS or UPS directly with your tracking numbers but we are willing to help you any way possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of the products, we do not allow returns or exchanges. If there are mistakes made on our part (such as wrong size, color, or design,) please let us know within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. We will happily correct the issue right away.
